About LifeScapes

LifeScapes Building is Fred Pugh and Rob Lease, Raleigh natives who met in the third grade at Ravenscroft School. Friends since then, they have also followed similar career paths. Both are NC State graduates--Fred majored in Business Management, and Rob in Mechanical Engineering. Together, they have 30 years of building experience with a wide range of completed projects.

Fred’s work background has been in land development and construction of new single-family homes and office complexes. He has completed about 60 homes in his career. Rob brings vast experience in remodeling, renovations, and additions. As an entrepreneur, Rob has been part of three successful start-up companies prior to the creation of LifeScapes Building Company.

When they are not remodeling or renovating your homes, they are busy with their own! Rob stays busy with 4 children between the ages of 8 and 13. They are involved in football, soccer, baseball, and ballet. He is involved in coaching and carpooling to 4 different schools. Fred has 2 daughters who are 5 and 6 years old. They enjoy dance, horseback riding, and Indian Princess activities.

Fred and Rob started LifeScapes Building Company in 2002. Their well-rounded training and experience lends itself to a successful remodeling and renovation operation.
